Orders may take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday in the afternoon (PST).

This means that if you place an order Friday in the late afternoon, it will not ship until at least Monday afternoon. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery method.

NO returns or exchanges of USED items are ever accepted. To return an item, it MUST be completely clean and unused. If you send us an item that has ANY residue from use on it the item will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund. If anything in your order arrives not as you expect it, please contact us BEFORE FIRST USE! Once it has been used, it is too late.

If you wish to return or exchange a clean, unused item, contact us for specific instructions. Please be aware that there may be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part such as us sending you the wrong product or wrong size.
